Prices and stock
This site lists what our stores carry. Prices and counts come from our own inventory records and can be behind the shelf. The price and availability at the register govern the sale. Call the store before driving for a single item.
Product information
Descriptions, images, and specifications come from manufacturers and our own records. Where a detail is unknown we say so rather than guess. Manufacturer instructions and safety data ship with the product and take precedence.
Returns and exchanges
Unused goods in original packaging come back within 30 days with a receipt. Opened paint, cut paper, cut mat board, clearance items, and completed custom framing are final. Bring returns to either store.
Custom framing
Framing is quoted and built to your specification. Approval of the quote authorizes the cut. Work is stored for 90 days after we notify you it is ready.
Studio Card
A Studio Card is a convenience for matching materials to how you work. It is not a credit account and carries no cash value. See our privacy terms for what is stored.
