Browsing the site
You can search the shelf list and read every page without an account. We keep anonymous search terms so the buying desk can see what people ask for and cannot find. Those records hold the words you typed, not who typed them.
The Studio Card
If you run the consult, we save your material preferences and a card number so staff can pick up where you left off at the counter. That record holds what you make and what you use. Adding an email is optional and used only to send you a recovery link for the same card.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not run advertising trackers for other companies. We do not add you to a mailing list because you used the site.
Removing your record
Email hello@meininger.app or call Denver at 303-698-3838 with your card number and we will delete it. In-store purchase records stay in our point-of-sale system as required for returns and accounting.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we store, the updated terms appear on this page.
