Work the floor.
Most of our staff make work of their own. That is the job: know the material well enough that somebody can hand you a problem and walk out with the right answer.
Sales floor
Full and part time. Answering material questions, stocking, counting shelves, running the register. Depth in one medium matters more than retail experience.
Framing bench
Measuring, cutting mats and glass, joining, fitting. We train the bench, but patience and a straight eye are not teachable in a week.
Receiving
Freight, check-in against purchase orders, tagging, and getting product to the right aisle the same day it lands.
